We provide support straight away

You can contact us at any point after an accident. The sooner we are informed, the more support we can offer.

In some cases we are contacted after a person has been discharged from hospital. We can still offer assistance at this point. However if we had been contact sooner we could have worked on behalf of the injured to provide real benefits even during their stay in hospital. For example if adaptations to a house were needed, these could have been arranged so that they were ready and waiting for the injured to return home to.

The golden rule to remember is that we can be contacted at any time and still provide support. However the sooner that we are contacted the more help we will be able to provide.
