For example it may seem like a lawyer is taking too long to complete a part of the process. In some situations it is in your interest that they do so. However, and just as common, that is not the case and lawyers are mishandling a claim. It is always best to ask, and we will always give you an honest opinion. You should always remember that it is never too late to change the solicitor in charge of your case.

Solicitors recommended by insurance companies

One reason why clients call us with concerns about their current solicitor is that insurance companies advise them that they are obliged to use the solicitor they recommend. This is simply not the case. Those with a personal injury are free to instruct and transfer cases at their own discretion.
